Author Guidelines

We welcome original research, review articles, and case studies on all aspects of learning, teaching, and education. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process.

1. Article Types

  • Research Articles: Presenting original research findings.
  • Review Articles: Summarizing the current state of knowledge on a specific topic.
  • Case Studies: Detailed reports of individual or group cases in an educational setting.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Format

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins should be set to 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides.
  • Articles should be 5,000–8,000 words, including references and appendices.
  • Ensure all figures, tables, and images are placed within the text and numbered consecutively.

Structure

  • Title Page: Include the title of the article, author names, affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: A concise summary (150–250 words) outlining the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords to help index your paper.
  • Main Body: Organize the paper into sections, including:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review (if applicable)
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
  • References: Follow APA 7th edition guidelines for citations and references.

3. Figures and Tables

  • Ensure all figures and tables are high-resolution and properly labeled.
  • Provide titles for tables and captions for figures.
  • Submit figures and tables within the manuscript file and as separate files if requested.

4. Plagiarism and Ethical Considerations

  • All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The journal uses plagiarism detection software. Articles with plagiarism will be rejected.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted materials used in the manuscript.

5. Submission Process

  • Submit your manuscript via the journal’s online submission system.
  • Each submission must include a cover letter outlining the significance of the research and its fit within the journal's scope.
  • After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your manuscript ID.

6. Peer Review

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
  • Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are anonymized to preserve reviewer anonymity.
  • The review process typically takes 6–8 weeks.

7. Post-Acceptance

  • Upon acceptance, authors will be required to provide a final version of their manuscript, ensuring that all revisions have been made.
  • Proofs will be sent for approval before the article is published online.

8. Publication Fees

  • The journal does not charge a submission fee.
  • Upon acceptance, authors may be required to pay a publication fee to cover the cost of open access publication. Fees may be waived in special cases.

9. Copyright

  • By submitting to the journal, authors agree to grant a non-exclusive license for publication.
  • The journal provides open access to all published articles.
